Hidden Hierarchy & Shapeshifter Gameworlds
With the new growth of the “New Age” movement and Spiritual concepts reaching more and more people, an “enlightened” attitude towards life begins to become desired. A face of the good human who does “for the greater good” and who does not carry anything with him that is not conscience.
Yes, we are all consciousness, but this rush to reach that “conscious human being” position is so great that people skip steps to get there. They want to be “good people” so much that they blind themselves to their own shadows and inconsistencies, they try to act like good humans, instead of really bringing awareness to the unconsciousness they carry.
Then, a theater game begins: whoever pretends to be more conscious wins. Whoever has more knowledge, has read more books and has more arguments is placed on a pedestal. And as much as that person loves the pedestal he’s on, he talks as if there’s no pedestal (because of course a person as conscientious as he/she couldn’t feed hierarchy!).
Hierarchy is a modus operandi of self-destruction rooted in the collective unconscious since the beginning of the Gameworld called: Patriarchy. The hierarchy is focused on unconsciously or consciously serving everyone who participates in it. In this modus operandi, the smartest unconscious that appropriate structures in the service of shadow principles (such as superiority, scarcity, win/lose, etc.) has its results at the cost of the most naive unconscious who, in turn, gain of distracting yourself from the dangers of an authentic life being pawns in the game of the smart, thus being able to accommodate in their comfort zone, and having who to blame for the problems of their lives also in the service of shadow principles (such as inferiority, competition, revenge and etc…)
Gameworlds are designed to survive. No wonder the Patriarchy has survived for so long, it manages to be almost a shapeshifter that whenever it is close to being unveiled or eradicated, it becomes its own executioner. It uses the same principles disguised in new guises, points to its old form, and eradicates it (along with any other gameworlds that are in development). Thus taking the place of “Great Savior” ensuring its position for more decades and decades. An example was what happened in the Treaty of Nicaea, where Rome itself — the biggest hunter of Christians at the time, made Christianity mandatory for its people after not being able to deal with the great popularity that various Christian strands had. It made it an obligation to be a Christian, but only a type of that Christianity, the Christianity that Patriarchal Rome modified and dictated to be right.
Hierarchy culture finds itself at a crossroads now, as it did in ancient Rome. Today, the human being begins to acquire a little more awareness of certain aspects of life and it begins to become clear how stupid and archaic this modus operandi is. Soon then, in order to survive, the hierarchical modus operandi tends to disguise itself among the new emerging possibilities. This movement is already possible to be recognized both in spiritual leaders who pretend to have no hierarchy, as in those who use spiritual arguments to reaffirm it, in new “conscious” companies that disguise the purpose of profit and power with jargon for “social movements”. to entertain the people. And even in possibilitators like me, with know-it-all gremlins who love to pretend that they are “not at that level anymore”, thus preventing themselves from continuing to research and DISCOVER what it is to live in a non-hierarchical way, and to navigate the learning spiral with attempt, beep, shift, go.
The reason shifting gameworlds like Patriarchy and Hierarchy disguise themselves so well is that they’re not just at the action level. they’re not just about what you do, decide, or think. they are in HOW you think.they are in the formation of the lens that creates your way of seeing the world, in your Thoghtware.
So even if you act, think or decide in the opposite way to the supposed “Hierarchical Patriarchal”, you may still be thinking LIKE a Hierarchical Patriarchal. You may be using the same modus operandi in different operations creating the illusion that the modus operandi is different.
And how do I know if I’m thinking through patriarchal Thoghtware? — — -See the results. you create around you the reflection of your way of thinking, the reflection of the Thought Map (THOUGHTMAP) with which you think. If people give you the center, if you are overwhelmed, if you are the one to blame, if you are seen as superior, if you are a leader, if implicitly when making a decision people look to you for your reaction or approval , then you are Consciously or Unconsciously creating Hierarchy. the question from that point on is: why? Why did you do that? stick with this question for a while, look at the Shadows and Survival Strategies this question points to, and make decisions. attempt, beep, shift, go.
A possible starting point for a journey of discovery in: what it’s like to operate a Gameworld without Hierarchy is:
First, create awareness of how destructive the hierarchical modus operandi is. Second, notice how hierarchical you are. Third, explore and experience what else is possible. Fourth, create your own game world without hierarchy. And lastly, keep looking at how hierarchical you still are, and what else can be done. always have your hierarchy sensor activated as you enjoy an extraordinary life of connection with whole human beings in their own centers and personal power.
I wish you Authenticity & Transformation. with Love, Israel.
